Kim Crawford 2006 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and Halibut

Recipe: The halibut was marinated in a olive oil and a herb mixture for about 30 minutes.
Then grilled at 350 for 10 minutes.
The halibut then was topped with a yellow tomato, black olive and onion sauce with avacado slices on the side.
Everyone in the party agreed the Kim Craword Sauvignon Blanc paired excellent with this halibut.
